Capital Express, the Midwest's premier transportation and final mile logistics company, has Customer Service Representative position available in Kansas City.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; starting at $18.00/hr.
This position is onsite at our Kansas City facility; remote work is not available.
Ideal candidates are able to perform efficiently under periods of high stress, are able to multi-task and problem solve, and have impeccable communication skills, including issue resolution and follow up.
- must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in the English language
- Candidate should expect to sit for extended periods of time viewing computer screens, typing and answering phones
Requirements:
- 1 year customer service
