A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / PHONE RECEPTIONIST

As a Customer Service Representative / Phone Receptionist, you keep our business running smoothly by providing world-class support for our customers and technicians. From our call center, you enthusiastically handle customer concerns of all kinds. When you receive a call, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction. You helpfully answer questions and book service appointments, updating the customer database with complete and accurate information. Additionally, you make outbound calls to fill any gaps in the service schedule.

Dependable and organized, you dispatch technicians and regularly communicate with management, so everyone is on the same page. You are proud of the role you play on our team, and you find satisfaction in helping customers receive the assistance they need!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / RECEPTIONIST

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel or previous experience working in the HVAC industry would both be a plus! Are you a team player with good communication skills? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / PHONE RECEPTIONIST

The schedule for this full-time call center position is typically Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with Sundays OFF. Additionally, when you work a Saturday, you will have a different day off sometime during the week.
