The Inside Sales Manager may reside in the Jacksonville, FL area. In this mission-critical role, the successful candidate will be on the front lines of our customer experience, overseeing everything from product pricing to distributor relations to the continued growth and development of our Inside Sales and Customer Support teams. The Inside Sales Manager will be the trusted partner for our high-profile customers and internal clients, ensuring that their expectations for order fulfillment and quality are not only achieved but exceeded whenever possible. As an Inside Sales Manager for Bray Sales, Inc., your mission will be to ultimately ensure that each order placed by our outside sales team, customers and distributor network is fulfilled accurately, on-time, and with appropriate profitability for Bray. Your previous inside sales management experience for an industrial product organization, plus a technical background, will give you the necessary foundation to quickly learn the nuances of our business and the technical capabilities of our product lines. A proven track record of product pricing and cost analysis to optimize revenue flow and profitability will be key when developing annual price lists, contract negotiation, and project-based price quotes. Our distributors are the key to our success at Bray, so we will rely upon your history of building and maintaining mutually beneficial professional relationships when acting as an escalated resource for resolving complaints or exception scenarios. Your experience continually increasing the performance of an inside sales team, with a focus on improved accuracy and efficiency, through training, policy creation, process improvement, direct oversight and approval processes, will be critical to your success. Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial equipment distribution, preferably within a technical valve/actuation environment
  • At least 2 years of direct report management experience, with proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend/stoop, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
