Customer Service and Sales Support Representative Job at CORECHEM Inc.
Privately-owned, family-run business in the midst of dynamic growth seeking to hire a full time customer service and sales support professional. The customer service and sales support professional CORECHEM seeks to hire would be required to embody these same values. This individual would be responsible for working as a part of our customer service team to address the daily needs of our customers and would also work in coordination with the sales department to receive, follow up on, quote, and covert new leads in to continuing business.
As an organization, CORECHEM would, in turn, seek to offer this new hire:
- Training in providing an excellent customer service experience to each customer we interact with, both in person and by phone or email.
- Education in our expansive product offering, to enable this hire to effectively assist our sales team in converting leads into on-going business.
- Compensation commensurate with industry and experience to include: hourly pay (PAY RANGE: $13-$15 per hour, dependent on experience), PTO accrual, vacation, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
This position would be ideal for an individual with:
- Eagerness to bring excellence and excitement to each customer interaction
- Problem solving and creative skills to overcome difficulties and obstacles in meeting customer’s needs
- Phone based selling skills, to allow this individual to cross train between our customer service and sales department
- Organizational and time management skills necessary to effectively manage both urgent daily tasks and longer term, ongoing projects and follow up.
- Excellent communication and computer skills (spanning phone, email, and basic Microsoft Office suite software)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
