Reddick and Sons has an immediate opening for a full-time CSR. The CSR will fill a critical customer service role in our fast-growing business and organize the member experience from start to finish. Our company provides heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout the Northern Virginia area, and our clients have come to expect a top-notch customer experience. Reddick and Sons, Inc. provides HVAC, Plumbing, Gas-fitting, and Electrical services to the greater Northern Virginia area. We are a Class A Contractor, and member of the Nexstar Network.
The Big Task
You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Key Sub Tasks
- You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
Responsibilities Include
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers and vendors in a professional and authentic manner
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
- Schedule service appointments as needed for all departments
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
- Participate in training so that you can grow and develop as a professional
- Outbound communication via phone and email for membership renewals, scheduling, and collections
- Help resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and scheduling software. Experience using Service Titan preferred
- Minimum 3yrs experience in a similar customer service role with a home service company
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical industry a plus
