DRC Industries is a full-service manufacturing and converting operation in a 150,000ft facility in Carrollton, KY. Our customers are steel mills, metal processors, food & beverage manufacturers, contract packaging/fulfillment facilities, furniture manufacturers, automotive suppliers, agricultural industries, and the flooring protection/polishing. DRC is 2 minutes off of I-71.
About the Position:
Entry level production workers needed for our cornerboard department. Incumbents in this position are responsible for assisting with set-up of packing area, stacking and sorting material for packaging, removing defective or substandard materials, and maintaining cleanliness of work area. No experience necessary.
- Depending on shift openings, work hours are 7am- 715pm or 7pm - 715am on a rotating schedule
(Week 1 - Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat, Week 2 - Sun/Wed/Thurs)
- Starting pay – minimum of $14.00/hour, rate varies by department. Performance review after 90 days
- Shift Differential for night shift
- Medical Benefits available after 60 days of employment

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs repetitively, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (12 hour shifts)
- Must be capable of working in various temperature conditions including heat, humidity and cold
- Must be able to engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of product.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
