Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $45,500 - $84,500. The typical initial starting salary range begins at 85% of the pay range’s midpoint of $65,000 (i.e., $55,250), commensurate with experience, to ensure there is room for growth over time.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Coordinator, Project Team Allocation strategically matches employees and contractors to current and upcoming project teams based on their current capacity, expertise, competencies, and interests, and then monitors actual staff and contractor time allocated to these projects. In addition to ensuring that all projects are appropriately staff to ensure excellent and highly responsive services to clients (internal and external), the Coordinator, Project Team Allocation collaborates with others across the organization and works toward creating an increasingly more accurate time allocation forecasting, more equitable work allocation, identify hiring needs early and strategically, and generally enhance operational support to all project teams.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS (KSI)
The Coordinator, Project Team Allocation is accountable for achieving goals set in collaboration with their manager, aligned with FY23 goals, and especially, programmatic-specific Key Success Indicators (KSI) like:
Programmatic effectiveness
  • 10% improvement between beginning and end of year in teacher equitable mindsets and CRSE content knowledge and practices
  • 10% improvement between beginning and end of year in teacher content knowledge, teacher practice, and student learning
  • Teacher NPS >50
  • Other educator NPS >50
  • Client (buyer) NPS >50
  • Renewal rate >90%
  • 95% of contracted services or equivalent are delivered
  • 80% of clients surveyed say, “Teaching Lab helped us advance our goals.”
Create a flexible and partnership-driven team structure: Teaching Lab pursues a flexible project team structure that produces consistently excellent results for partners.
  • By the end of FY23, >80% of Teaching Lab team members say, “the flexible project team structure is an improvement over how we previously organized our work.”
Operate efficiently and equitably:
  • Develop and refine internal operational structures and systems to allow all team members and contractors to do their best work every day
  • 80% of users say that organizational systems (monday.com, Canvas, Justworks, etc) increased their organizational collaboration, efficiency, or transparency
  • 100% of leads and clients are tracked in the CRM, following business rules
  • 100% of earned revenue and philanthropic pipeline data is updated, usable and accurate by the end of each month
  • 90% of FTEs and PTEs agree that they “have the data or information I need to do my work right”
  • As applicable, within the role, model the radical commitments for our values (i.e., collaboration, responsive service, research, excellence, learning with humility, and equity).

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two or more years combined experience as a project coordinator, project manager, or similar role
  • Experience in project management with hands-on experience with project management software (Monday.com is preferred)
  • Experience analyzing survey data, including identifying trends and synthesizing findings in written and visual reports
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience setting goals, creating the systems and processes for meeting the goals for educational programming
