Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Specialist in Aberdeen Proving Ground.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related technical discipline
CERTIFICATIONS:
CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM certifications preferred. DAWIA or FAC-C Level II or III preferred.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Level I (Senior), A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in developing supporting contract formation specialist functions as well as procurement documentation such as, but not limited to, the following: Service Contract Act Requests, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Labor Category Descriptions, Justification and Approval documents, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Plans and Acquisition Strategies. This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement.
