Contact Center Operator
Seeking a full-time, professional, and analytical Contact Center Operator in our Tyrone, PA office to assist with overflow call volume for our team of contact center associates. We are looking for someone who has proactive problem-solving abilities and a superior phone personality.

The ideal candidate enjoys providing A-class customer service and excels in time and workflow management. Our team connects with hundreds of callers across the country every week, helping them to learn the benefits of home inspection and related services, seek service providers within a given schedule and location, and coordinate the details of their home inspection services. As the Contact Center Operator, you will provide invaluable support to meet efficiency and productivity standards, as well as process bookings through the iGo Network and iGo Now platforms. On-the-job training is provided for all aspects of this role, including training of the phone and scheduling systems.

We provide contact center services for our clients to assist their customers with booking home inspection orders, and so in this role, you’ll be a key player in providing our teams and clients with a streamlined, efficient process to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming, overflow calls and/or assist client with customer service inquiries
- Transfer incoming calls for scheduling to agents of the appropriate team
- Monitor phone system for incoming, overflow calls
- Monitor the iGo Network database and process orders accordingly. This includes:
- Monitoring incoming booking requests via email and phone
- Coordination and scheduling of the request
- Data entry and tracking
- Order tracking and management
- Provide positivity, professionalism and maturity to all callers
- Light customer service duties including but not limited to:
- Sending reports, and requests for payment and agreements
- Appointment confirmation and cancellations
- Connect callers with main offices and/or inspectors at their request
- Gather basic property and caller information
- Assist the teams in uploaded reports and documents provided by the main offices
- Knowledge and proficient use of the scheduling system (Training is provided, including ISN; iGo Now; others as requested)
- Knowledge and proficient use of the phone system (Training is provided, including Five9; others as requested)
- Assist with QA during non-peak times
- Input data accurately and efficiently

Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent
- Experience in a call center environment, working as a CSA or in a similar role.
- Remote or Tyrone, PA based positions available
