As a Consumer Loan Advisor/Loan Officer:

• You will originate loans. This position is based in a contact center environment, where you will process different types of consumer loans, conducting business via telephone, chat, text, and email.
• You’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have loans coming at you from different directions - members calling in or submitting loan applications online, and not to mention the leads that you will generate in your daily activities.
• Be available to work weekdays with rotating Saturdays
• You will have high goals to meet. But trust us - meeting those high expectations come with high rewards.
• Be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is complete and correct. Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous lending experience (although it is not necessarily a must-have but is highly preferred).
• Has previous customer service, cash handling, and/or banking / financial institution experience
• Has a teamwork mentality and a drive to work with others to accomplish not only branch, but credit union goals
• Can work independently and with a team to achieve department and credit union goals.
