Roofing and siding subcontracting company seeking candidates project manager positions. Minimum 2 year commercial construction experience required in roofing/siding. Must be organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities will include assisting Sr estimators with project execution by preparing subcontractor proposals, preparing submittals and safety docs, ability to read plans and doing light take offs is a requirement, supervising subcontractors on site, ordering materials and tracking orders.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
