Bankroll is the premier entertainment experience destination for the modern, invested sports fan. Comprising a Stephen Starr dining experience, reserved and ticketed seating to watch sports & major events in multiple, distinct environments, as well as a concierge driven VIP program all in a 14,000 sq. ft. venue on the site of the Boyd Theater in Philadelphia,
Bankroll is seeking a Concierge Manager to help pioneer the concierge service here at Bankroll, and innovate a whole new industry category centered around content, coaching and community for sports bettors as well as leading a team executing on-premise live activation events.
We’re looking for someone who wants to give sports bettors an edge, and wants to build that out as a business here at bankroll, and is excited to be part of something totally new.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with Bankroll management to create and provide a luxury customer experience
- Build out the sports betting VIP program; everything from figuring out how to qualify which guests to target, the best way to get them on board, and then delivering a great experience
- Lead team of 5-6 concierge representatives
- Cultivate and maintain guest relationships
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3+ years hospitality experience
- 2+ years sales experience preferred
- Track record of achieving personal and professional goals
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- A high level of personal integrity
- Possession of good judgment
- General knowledge and understanding of sports betting preferred, but not required
- Passion for providing a luxury guest experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
