Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Commercial Design Drafter to support Franchisees and the Design & Construction Services team members in new construction and remodels of existing Culver's restaurants in all areas of commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate equipment plans and specifications with kitchen equipment consolidator for project specific pricing, quotes, and specifications
- Review and implement kitchen equipment standards and options with franchisees
- Assist with yearly restaurant prototype updates
- Review construction documents to ensure compliance with Culver’s equipment standards
- Establish relationships with cross-functional teams and supplier partners to meet business objectives and timelines
- Assist with kitchen space design, digital/technology integration, and equipment installation planning
- Collaborate with external architects and general contractors on equipment specifications and information for new and remodel projects
- Maintain new restaurant equipment package and small wares listing
- Work closely with the Kitchen Equipment Manager in prototype development of new products and enhancement of existing products in conjunction with cross functional support and supplier collaboration.
- Collaborate and work cross functionally within the organization
- Two-year of education in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some knowledge of or demonstrated interest in commercial kitchen equipment and operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A mechanical aptitude
- Experience reading and/or drawing construction documents a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD with Revit experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
