We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for cars and outstanding customer service skills to work as a Collision Consultant. The Collision consultant is the liason between our valued customers and our operations. This position includes assessment of damages to aid in writing body shop damage estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters or the customer, and completing billing and other shop income related activities.

Essential qualifications include the following: however, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned:

· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external

· Providing and understanding of strong commitment to client satisfaction

· Thrive in a team environment

· Be a professional in every aspect of the collision repair

· Maintain up to date technical knowledge of the collision repair

· Be dependable

· I-CAR Certifications are an advantage

· Be Proficient with Audatex, Mitchell and CCC Estimating systems

·Proficient in MS Office, Outlook

· Ability to learn new programs, applications

· Easily adaptable especially in incorporating technology

· Speak, read and write clearly in English

· Apply ethical selling techniques

· Communications with client, team members, technicians daily

· Manage the Repair process

· Be available to work Monday thru Friday with alternating Saturdays

· Pass a background check and drug test

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· College degree or equivalent are an advantage

· Ability to maintain high ethical standards

· Ability to pay attention to detail

Physical Demands

· Stand or sit for long periods at a time

· Lift approximately 10-15 pounds

· Kneel or squat to examine under cars
