We are a manufacturer of CNC machinery based in Cartersville, GA. Through superior workmanship and engineering, our product line continues to exceed expectations and provides a complete solution for our customers.

We are looking for a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to help us implement manufacturing processes that result in high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the design concepts, drawings and specifications support the most efficient manufacturing methods and techniques.
  • Plan sequence of operations for the fabrication of machined parts using multi-axis CNC's, and conventional machining equipment based on quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Utilize CAM programs to provide CNC programs for product designs in SolidWorks
  • Write work instructions, set-up documents, and quality audit sheets.
  • CNC programming is 30% of the time allocation for this position.
  • Create, revise and maintain revision control on all the manufacturing process documents, including CNC programs and library.
  • Research and stay current on the latest manufacturing technologies and finds ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the floor and initiate process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and relevant work experience
  • Proficient with SolidWorks CAD/CAM software
  • Experience with CNC programming, machining, assembly processes, tooling, and equipment.
  • Familiar with process capability analysis and quality tools or process improvement.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
