Role Summary/Purpose


The Customer Success Leader for the Chemical and Monitoring Solutions (CMS) business will assist in developong, implementing and inspecting key Business Retention initiatives for the CMS Business across NAM. Working with the assigned commercial teams to develop and implement core repeatable processes to improve our retention and growth of existing business. Will work as part of a small Sales Operations team supporting the CMS business across North America. This position is assigned to perform work remotely.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing all key aspects of a comprehensive Account Management Excellence Program (AMEP) for the North American CMS business
  • Assist in the development, facilitate learning on our Value Delivery Process (VDP)
  • Implement and Inspect metrics for leading/lagging indicators to gauge progress and measure success of AMEP
  • Work with NAM Sales Operations Leader to turn the AMEP program into a clear external message as a key differentiator to our customers and prospects
  • Maintain relevant material in a simple, easy to access format
  • Work with business leaders to implement value delivery strategy for enhanced business retention
  • Work closely with the L&D team and be the liaison on training needs to support overall AMEP
  • Work closely with the Technical Consultant team to support overall AMEP initiatives
  • Collaborate with other members of the CMS teams in NAM to leverage best practices for business retention

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 10 years of professional commercial experience, in both account management and sales leader roles in the CMS business
  • Proven analytical skill set and strategic mindset with strong demonstrated competence in value delivery and business retention
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
