The Clubhouse Generalist share employment, housing, evening/weekend, holiday and unit responsibilities with members. Central to this role is the engagement of members in all aspects of unit and clubhouse operations. Staff assist members in developing leadership, interpersonal/relationship, vocational, educational, housing, wellness, social, community integration and community membership goals. The Clubhouse Generalist will utilize a strengths-based approach and promote an equal culture with members thereby allowing members to experience themselves as valued colleagues in the Clubhouse community.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate between $16.05 - $21.88 per hour
High School Graduate or equivalent is required. Sufficient experience to perform the position at a satisfactory level required. One year experience working with individuals who have a persistent or severe mental illness preferred. Valid driver's license while operating a vehicle on agency business.
