Association House of Chicago is actively hiring a Clinician to join its team in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time exempt position with a flexible Monday through Friday 1st shift schedule.

The Clinician is responsible for Initiating services within 24 hours of the referral assignment. In this role, you have the flexibility to design your own services and activities to provide support and skill-building to adults, adolescents, and children with moderate to severe mental illness or that are dually diagnosed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine service needs
• Formulate treatment plans and implement intervention strategies
• Coordinate and link participants with needed services and community resources
• Document all services using program protocols

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Experience working in the mental health field required
• Experience working with diverse ethnic populations required
• Valid Illinois driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required
