Clinical Supervisor - Children's Behavioral Health Services - Mendocino County

One (1) Full-Time Salaried/Exempt $93,912.00 Annually

*BBS License Required*

Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

• Experience 2 years Post CA BBS Licensure Direct Service ($1.00 per hour)

• Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)

• Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)
  

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager/Director performs all the functions a clinician typically does for a given service and also functions in a supervisory administrative and/or program management capacity within the agency. The Clinical Supervisor may work, consistent with their scope of practice, within ANY RCS programs on an “as needed basis.”

Education and/or Experience:

Master’s degree in Social Work, BBS Licensed for a minimum of 2 years required

• Must have 2 years management or supervisory experience and have 2+ years working with a BBS License. Applicant must provide written verification of ALL relevant job related experience for consideration upon competition of agency application and prior to first interview
  

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
