Dynamic Opportunity~ As a full-time employee, working 40 hours per week, the Clinical Operations Officer serves as subject matter expert for the development, implementation and continuing operation of the full continuum of behavioral health services provided at the Guidance Center.

The Guidance Center~ is a primary mental health support agency, providing compassionate, professional care for individuals and families with mental health needs in the greater Cumberland County, NJ area. For more than 50 years, our non-profit organization of professionals, doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, has assisted the community in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of mental illness.

What does this position look like~ The Clinical Operations Officer is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, serving to promote the mission, vision and values of the Organization. The Clinical Operations Officer provides direct supervision to System Directors of Operations and clinical oversight of each of our 11 distinct services. The Clinical Operations Officer provides clinical supervision to licensure candidates, participates in community and state level meetings and advocacy groups and responds to grant opportunities for program creation or expansion.

What you need to apply~

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health, Humans Services or related field from an accredited university.
• NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required.
• Certification as Clinical Supervisor (CCS) preferred.
• 10 years experience in behavioral health setting preferred.
• 5 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams required.
• Professional oral and written communication skills required.
• Valid automobile driver's license and ability to be insured by carrier.
