What You'll Do

In this role, you will serve as a liaison between Radix and institutional and privately-owned clients, providing high-touch support to key stakeholders, building relationships, and improving performance among a vast array of department leaders:

  • Assess key metrics to uncover opportunities, identify trends, create case studies, and make planning more predictable for property operators.
  • Set strategic agendas to navigate the business impact of market changes and optimize internal resources, quickly communicating critical changes to operational leaders.
  • Become part of a think tank, working with like-minded leaders, creating solutions to a disruptive industry, and disseminating company vision throughout our users and client organizations.
  • Gather product feedback to assist with product design, coordinate the launch of new features and participate in the education of all product lines.


Qualifications Needed

  • Ability to identify, explain, and provide context around business problems and solutions
  • Adept at quickly earning the trust, confidence, and respect to build positive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical with solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Possesses astute listening and tactful persuasion skills
  • High degree of responsibility and initiative, with an independent and autonomous work style
  • A team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficient with Microsoft software and remote conferencing tools, capacity to learn new software quickly
  • Able to meet changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time annually
  • Ability to have flexibility with a working schedule based on business and deadline needs
  • Consistent, in-person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required
