We are a team of three financial advisors and two associates looking for an additional Client Services Specialist to add to our team.
This role is an instrumental component of a successful practice. The Client Service Specialist builds strong and lasting relationships with clients and is often a frequent point of contact on the advisory team. In this, you will:
- Use creativity to tackle complex problems; Manage client servicing requests and account maintenance; Use multiple communication methods to ensure a consistent and exceptional client service experience.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing clients.
- Use our CRM to track all client activities.
- Find opportunities to innovate every day.
Knowledge/Requirements
- A passion and interest in wealth management and for helping people achieve their goals.
- Process orientation and desire to work in a regulatory/financial environment.
- Ability to quickly learn technology and software tools.
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point proficiency to produce presentations, correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets.
- Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and client support activities and processes.
- Assist with client requests, transactions and all necessary paperwork.
- Assist with managing the office, compliance and general administrative work.
- Assist with financial plan development.
- Greet clients, cover phones, manage calendars, and prepare meeting review materials.
