Who: Vacation Rental Cleaners
What: I need 2 people with experience in either cleaning rentals, hotel cleaning, residential cleaning or even commercial cleaning training.
When: Beginning the last week of May. These cleans can take place any 7 days of the week, thus we will schedule you appropriately. Cleaning shifts occur between the hours of 10am & 4pm. Some are same day turnovers, some we have a little more time to complete. It just depends on the day.
You will have at least 2 days off per week. You will be needed at least every other weekend and this is very important to remember. This is Not a Monday -Friday only gig. I am very reasonable about negotiating schedules if you will be too. I expect honesty and fairness, and in turn you will receive the same. Yes, you will need to be able to work some holidays that occur.
Where: A couple of choices here. We have many accounts scattered through out Rapid City, Hill City, Keystone, Rockerville, Hot Springs-Angostora area, Black Hawk, Summerset, Stagebarn, Sturgis, Boulder Canyon, Lead, Deadwood, Spearfish and adding more. You can choose Local-Rapid City only. Or you can choose travel cleans that are anywhere outside of Rapid City. (Yes there is a mileage compensation for traveling but you MUST have your own insured vehicle) Also, We try to take company vehicles when possible but they are also our own private cars so sometimes it doesn't work comfortably.
How much: Beginning pay is $16.50 for training and then bump to $17.75 after probationary period.
These positions are seasonal and temporary. Beginning approximately the last weekend in May and the first week of November-ish......temporary, seasonal. November-approximately May 20th would be off season, more permanent hours depending up your availability and job performance. However, depending on how the season goes, I will be looking for Residential cleaners this fall as well as long term cleaners for my off season Vacation rentals. For the right people this could turn year round. Depends on You.
