Cleaner Job at Sea Scape Construction LLC
We at Sea Scape Construction are searching for Housekeepers to join our team. Sea Scape Construction runs daily maintenance and cleaning operations for Sea Scape Properties, the leading long-term and vacation rental company in the Wrightsville Beach area. If you join our team, your work will ensure that our company can continue to expand, flourish, and provide the exemplary service that our customers have come to expect and love.
We are looking for dedicated, housekeepers who are passionate about providing a safe and exceptional stay for our guests by upholding the standards Sea Scape is known for. Your hard work and attention to detail will help you achieve time and time again the highest level of cleanliness in our rental properties. You have a thorough knowledge of the industry and give your best daily. Weekend Availability is required for this position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock and supply vacation rentals (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bed making, restroom cleaning, laundry (as needed), appliances etc.).
- Deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock hotel style amenities, paper products and linens.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous experience as a cleaner preferred but not required.
- Ability to transport cleaning supplies and linen bags to job sites.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Dependable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to follow a detailed checklist.
- Able to work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Integrity.
- Must be able to use your own phone/tablet to clock in/out of each rental unit.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle check.
Education and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel.
