Building Blocks Childcare and Learning Center (soon to be Early Childhood Academy) in Red Wing, MN is looking for a fabulous individual to join our team and support our vision by providing high-quality care and education to the children filled with smiles and FUN. We’re looking for an energetic, passionate, and engaged individual to assist the lead teacher to aide and support the lead teacher to implement and provide meaningful and developmentally appropriate education, curriculum, activities, and play opportunities that meet learning objectives while encouraging social-emotional, physical, and language development.
Our Academy also offers a great option for continuing your education. At Early Childhood Academy we will pay for you to complete your CDA (Child Development Associates Credential) and offer guidance and support to you throughout the whole process. Completion of the CDA means you would be Teacher qualified too.

Per the MN Department of Human Services requirements we have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in place for our facility. All staff are trained on this when they begin employment.
