We are a thriving wellness office seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be tech-savvy and able to answer phones, handle scheduling, interact with patients, assist with examinations (will train) and be a team-player.

Our office is growing rapidly and the ideal candidate must be adaptable and able to keep their cool under pressure. We specialize in pregnancy and pediatrics so you must love hanging with families, including newborns, toddlers, kids, and pregnant women.

Starting hours for this position are:

Mondays 12:30-7pm

Tuesdays 7:30am-4:30pm

Wednesdays 1:30-7pm

Thursdays 7:30am-4:30pm

Wage will be based on experience and has the ability to grow.

Additional position requirements:

• Attend workshops or special events in the evenings (1-2x per month).
• Travel for seminars on occasion (sometimes out of state).
• Recognize this is not a “time clock” job and sometimes staying later than your scheduled time may be necessary.
• Holding babies, taking pictures, offering snacks....this is all part of the family environment! Be willing to do whatever it takes to make our families feel comfortable.
