We are currently looking for a food preparer for our warming pantry. Responsibilities will include:

· Preparing and delivering breakfast, lunch daily snacks and dinner to the classrooms

· Preparing food order lists,

· Completing kitchen inventory,

· Cleaning kitchen and kitchen supplies,

· Ensuring allergies are known and allergen safety is maintained,

· Other duties as needed

Teachers are responsible for ensuring a clean, friendly, welcoming environment; ensuring the implementation of proprietary curriculum; ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care as well as effective communication with the children's parents.

Hours: Monday through Friday, time is somewhat flexible, will discuss your needs/availability. Full time or Part time available

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· *Food managers certificate (can obtain after hiring, will discuss further)

· 1-5 years of childcare experience

· Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks as required by state and company regulations. CPR

· Be of sufficient physical, mental and emotional health to perform job duties satisfactorily

· Possess skills, attributes and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children

· Must speak English well enough to communicate with children, staff, management, and parents

· Must be able to read and write English well enough to prepare, complete, and maintain administrative forms and records as required by current governmental regulations, company policies, and procedures.

· Must have a positive attitude and be a team player!

· Knowledge of child growth and development

· Willing to attend staff/parent events and complete training classes as required by state regulations

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
• Background Check
• Child Abuse Clearance
