Job Opening: Integrator/COO


Act is a Christian, legal organization working to make neighborhood safety a normal reality for everyone. We do this by equipping residents living in high-crime areas to utilize the civil justice system to shut down drug houses harboring violent crime. We are a private solution to a public problem.

Act is seeking an Integrator/COO to oversee our day-to-day operations. This role reports to our Founder/CEO and supervises Act’s leadership team. The Integrator executes Act’s 36-month plan, which includes creating collaborative strategies to scale our organization.


Experienced People Manager. The Integrator is a people person who thrives when they’ve empowered their team to thrive, cultivating unity and alignment to establish clarity on roles and expectations. The Integrator will steer the organization steadily through change management. They are often the unsung hero, who bears the responsibility for difficult decisions.

Clear Communicator. The Integrator translates the best of the CEO’s ideas and the Leadership Team’s decisions into actionable plans with consistent, structured processes to keep organizational priorities moving forward. The Integrator sets a tone of grace and diplomacy as they mediate healthy conflict. This role continually orients the team towards meeting their organizational goals.

Culture Cultivator. The Integrator leads by example, exemplifying Act’s values. They serve Act’s mission with faithful integrity, covering their decision-making in prayer. The Integrator grows Act’s culture to enable all people, regardless of ethnicity or denomination, to thrive.

Practical Executor. The Integrator operationalizes organizational initiatives, project manages those initiatives all the way through their process, and holds the organization accountable to its goals. Through strong critical thinking and problem solving, the Integrator sees organizational projects and goals to their successful resolution by troubleshooting with the end goal in focus.

Jesus Follower. The ideal Integrator possesses a deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a passion for Biblical justice and racial equity, a humble and teachable spirit, and a desire to work with a diverse team.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and fifteen or more years of for-profit and/or non-profit leadership of dynamic teams are required. A secondary degree is preferred. Strong written communication & interpersonal skills are required. Experience with change management and sustainable scaling is essential. Proficiency with and enthusiasm for technology is essential. Knowledge of EOS and Traction is beneficial.
