Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of the company's internal financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Maintain the organization's accounting principles
• Compile daily reporting for senior management
• Build out data-based financial planning and analysis capabilities to support company decisions related to pricing, deal structures, cash flow, profit, default risk, growth targets, etc.

• Develop and implement required regulatory compliance programs and an internal audit framework

• Design, build and produce standardized forecasts, covenant packages and other analysis required by the executive team

• Develop and lead a formal company planning and budgeting process

• Recruit, train, and mentor new talent for the organization

• Continue to develop a positive performance-based culture in the finance organization (SOPs, metrics, scorecards, process improvements, technology improvements)

• Develop and nurture positive internal and external business relationships that build department and company capabilities and culture

• Identify and sponsor solutions that improve cash flow, control expenses, and increase profit

• Identify and address potential financial risks for the company

Required

• Finance Leadership Experience: 7 Years

• Management Experience: 7 Years

• Strong Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Excellent leadership and managerial skills

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

Desired:

• CPA

• Public Accounting Experience: 5 Years
