NorthShore Skokie Hospital is looking to add Sterile Processing Technicians to their team! $2K Sign-On Bonus.
Certified and Non-Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CST/CRCST)
Shift:
- Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
- Every other weekend required - if the technician is working on a weekend, they will have a couple days off during the week to balance their schedule.
Pay:
- Non-Certified: Starts at $20/hour
- Certified: Starts at $22/hour
- *$2K Sign-On Bonus for Certified Techs at any location, with 2+ years of experience to qualify. MUST Have certification.
Shift Differentials:
- Weekday Evening: $1.25/hr
- Weekday Night: $1.50/hr
- Weekend Night: $2/hr
- Weekend Evening: $1.75/hr
Qualifications:
- Non-Certified Positions: Graduate of a sterile processing technician program and 8+ months of experience.
- Certified Positions: CRCST certification from IAHCSMM or CSPDT certification from CBSPD. At least 2 years of experience working as a sterile processing technician.
Responsibilities:
Basic tray assembly and decontamination. Acting as a resource to newer sterile processing technicians. This is generally a certified sterile processing technician position, but those with a handful of years experience without certification may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
