Hiring Truck Drivers:

• Solo
• Team
• Lease-Purchase
• Owner Operator

Requirements:

• 23 years of age or older
• 2 years of verifiable semi-truck driving experience
• Must possess a current Class A CDL
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over the speed limit, reckless/careless driving, Driving Under the Influence (DUI, DWI), etc.
• No drug or alcohol offenses in the last 3 years
• Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company
• Perform PTI and report equipment malfunction on time
• Manage your time properly to ensure on time picks and deliveries

We Offer:

• We pay $0.60/mile OR 27% from gross - your choice (depending on experience)
• Our OTR Drivers AVERAGE $1,500-$2,200 per week (depending on the driver)
• Home Time: 2 Weeks OTR and 2 Days home - 4 weeks on the road/5 days home
• We Pay Detention Pay & Layover/Breakdown Pay
• Weekly Settlements are on Thursdays with direct deposit
• PAID vacation - Earn 1 paid week off per every year worked, up to 3 weeks
• No Touch Freight
• 1099

Inspection Bonus:

• Level 1 - $350

Orientation:

• 1 day Orientation: Scheduled between Monday - Thursday
