Custodian duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain the cleanliness of all communal spaces on a daily basis. On a weekly basis sweep, scrub, wax, and buff the floor. Maintain the cleanliness of all restroom spaces on a daily basis; this includes daily replenishment of soap, paper products, and removal of all trash. On a weekly basis sweep and scrub the floor. Wash the walls a minimum of once a quarter. Maintain the cleanliness of all office spaces on a daily basis. The daily requirement consists of: sweeping and mopping the floor, emptying trash receptacles and dusting the furniture. On a weekly basis: strip, mop, and buff the floor. Outside areas will be inspected and trash will be picked up as necessary. Clean door tracks and other designated areas in the hangar. Relocate furniture as required for cleaning. Maintain records and inventory of cleaning supplies and prepare lists of supplies to be purchased. Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations. Responsible for adhering to the Tool Control Program. Must comply with established General and Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment. Pursuant to the specific provisions of the CBA, at the discretion of management, may be requested to perform the duties of Lead. Assist in ensuring the safety, security, inventory and preservation of Government owned and Company owned equipment. Perform other related duties within the job classification.
