CASE MANAGER - HENN COUNTY Job at ResCare Community Living
We are hiring 3* Case Managers!* We're looking for someone with the following qualifications according to the MN Merit System requirement:
- A graduate from an accredited four-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field; OR
- A graduate from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field and one-year experience as a social worker in a public or private social service agency;
AND OUR
Preferred requirements are:
- One-year experience working as a case manager or service coordinator
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hiring one bi-lingual case manager: English and Somali
The new case manager will eventually be responsible for up to 50 cases of CADI and BI waiver clients along other administrative duties related to the position. Other duties include developing CSSPs, providing service coordination, drafting USAs for service authorizations, and billing.
