Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (CNA/HHA certification preferred)
- Prior scheduling experience is highly valued
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and scheduling programs
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions, read, and write effectively
- Demonstrated maturity and ability to handle the demands of the job
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, with every other weekend on call
- Minimum 30 Hours per Week
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established policies and procedures
- Create and maintain staff schedules efficiently
- Provide staffing solutions for sick leave, vacations, and long-term leaves
- Schedule client appointments/visits based on care plans and staff availability
- Enter and manage scheduling data, creating effective schedules
- Communicate with care providers and clients to address day-to-day changes
- Assess urgent requests and discern required client services from agreements and care plans
- Maintain an accurate staff and client database
- Update and manage staff and client database, including CQA, TB dates, client admissions, hospital admissions, and discharges
- Maintain detailed staff and client statistics and generate reports
- Compile call-in and retention reports
- Perform general office duties, such as word processing, photocopying, filing, shredding, mail sorting/distribution, and providing reception and telephone services
Working Environment: You will primarily work in client homes and in the office to provide coverage and conduct meet-and-greet sessions.
Schedule:
- Day shift with the possibility of evening shifts
- Monday to Sunday with alternating weekends

Experience:
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of medical terminology knowledge (Preferred)
