Aftercare Site Assistant Floater
Under the direction and supervision of the Y learning Program Director, the Y Learning Site Assistant will be responsible for the general supervision and management of the site, as well as assisting the child’s social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cognitive development. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Required age is 18 years or older.

*Working at different school sites within a reasonable mile radius
*Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am/3:00pm-6:00pm + weekly staff meetings
*All training is paid

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, attending to the needs of students at all times.
Welcome parents and students at all times with a smile and by name.
Assist in general overall site management. Be visible!
Assist in planning and preparing of learning station environments, set-up and clean-up and preparing needed material and supplies
Attend all paid staff meetings
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
