We are seeking applicants for an Assistant Contact Center Manager for our Alpena location. The Assistant Contact Center Manager position provides financial services to our members by providing assistance via our Contact Center. This involves answering member inquiries and resolving issues, as well as, offering products and services that will improve the member's financial life. In addition, this position serves as a back up to the manager in their absence.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, a great communicator and have strong attention to detail to accurately and efficiently assist members.
