Baskin-Robbins is looking for an experienced Manager that is able to decorate cakes. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and will be responsible for:
- Provide customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Continue to build and foster the relationships that we have built within the community.
- Train new staff to meet brand standards and provide a consistent product and service.
- Reliably produce a high volume of quality cakes that meet Baskin Robbins brand standards
- Manage store inventory and supplies
- Determine team member schedules to properly staff the store
- Provide coaching and team member training as necessary
- Ensure the store meets all brand and food safety standards
