Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing financial & operational analysis on regular basis to the company for a variety of functions related to real estate acquisitions. This position will need to be able to interact with all levels within the organization and be able to communicate effectively both written and orally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and update periodic operational and financial performance reports related to acquisitions, renovations, property management and dispositions.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated/advanced level Excel-based analytical tools, including macro-enabled financial models
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering area of improvement, and developing and implement solutions.
• Assisting with creating deliverables for investors and management team
• Develop and write SQL queries and stored procedures to aggregate data and convert them to meaningful metrics and information for various business units.
• Effectively delivers presentations to direct management and decision makers.
• Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to the business model, strategy and position in the marketplace.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes

Job Requirements (Including Education):

• This is an Atlanta Office located position
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency and knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with at least 2 years of experience in each.
• Knowledge in Snowflake is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, with experience developing financial modeling and analysis.
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate finance, investment finance, and/or consulting
• 3+ years real estate desirable
• Ability to multi-task, which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a process improvement oriented mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a professional manner
• Proficient in MS Office
• Results-oriented individual with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
