Responsibilities
- Oversee long term care and skilled resident financial needs.
- Answer phones and coordinate proper communication from facility to customers.
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance.
- Responsible for overall financial responsibilities of residents
- Has great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent office computer skills.
- Working knowledge of social media
- Other Business Office Duties assigned.
Requirements
- Very high customer service skills and able to manage many duties
- Experience with accounting and/or bookkeeping
- Very organized and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with Long term care facility
- Previous experience with Medicaid and Medicare
