Business Development Manager - USA & UK

Job Responsibilities

  • Investigate, research and analyse new market opportunities for IT Distribution and Industry Associations Integration in USA or UK
  • Conceptualise, develop and execute on strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive and optimize key KPIs and growth metrics for the company.
  • Lead the implementation of business strategy including acquiring new business through existing clients and new clients.
  • Develop and present proposals that meet the needs of potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Lead, execute and drive regional sales strategies across all Aglive IT solution offerings and meet or exceed sales targets and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Organisations to generate a strong pipeline of leads
  • Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
  • Contribute to creative discussions and provide inputs into regional marketing, and promotional programs as well as attending industry events and activities
  • Contribute to the decision-making about the business’ future

Job Requirements

  • To be based in USA or UK
  • Degree in IT or relevant fields
  • At least 5 years of business development and/or relationship management experience in IT or communications industry
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Strong business acumen capable of converting network into business
