With over 50 years in the Chattanooga area as a family-owned business, we are looking to add to our Business Development Center (BDC). A fast-paced environment with many opportunities to serve our customers. You would primarily be taking inbound calls and following up providing our guests with the information needed prior to the appointment. Other responsibilities would include email and text communication with our sales team. Qualifications: Individuals with prior experience working in retail, restaurants, and hospitality are encouraged to apply. Excellent computer skills required. Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments. The ideal candidate is prompt and courteous, has an enthusiastic personality and a team player attitude. Prior automotive experience is not required or needed. We will provide you the information and tools you need to be successful. A great attitude goes a long way towards being successful in this position.
