1-800-Plumber +Air is a one of the fastest growing plumbing and HVAC brands throughout the United States. We are looking for an experienced Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to join our team. The successful candidate will be focused on advising franchise owners on how to grow their business and support on the implementation of the proven 1-800-Plumber +Air B.E.S.T. practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relatoionships with franchisees.
- Consult with franchisees to implement strategies to drive business performance
- Review assigned franchisees key metrics in POS system and support where needed.
- Review financial statements
- Develop and deliver training content
- Perform onsite visits to Franchisee locations for support and compliance
- Collaborate with other support staff as needed to assist Franchisees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business or finance) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in franchising, business management or consulting, or Plumbing/HVAC
- Thorough understanding of income statements
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
