iMedia Brands, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Customer Operations Team.

The Call Center Business Analyst will analyze, assess, and develop creative solutions to enhance call center operations and the overall customer experience. This person will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting on call center performance. Also, this person will provide resolution recommendations based on his/her findings.

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent working experience
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems
• Intermediate MS Excel and reporting skills (Ability to pull, analyze, create, and interpret data)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Proven experience working collaboratively or independently with multiple business partners
• Experience managing multiple projects with strict and competing deadlines
• Must be able to work onsite Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pmCT
