Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Description
CGI is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. A Senior Salesforce business analyst will be the leader in all necessary analyst activities. You will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. As a Senior Salesforce business analyst, you will be the main interpreter of all requirements. You will be the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead sessions to collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet the end users' needs
• Mentor junior resources to complete tasks
• Develop and document user stories, to-be process flows as part of the requirements and design processes
• Implement configuration tasks per agreed upon design specifications
• Facilitate key meetings with clients and end users such as requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing or end user training
• Assist with the identification and analysis of bug fixes/ issues
• Participate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans
• Create user guides and system configuration documentation
• Execute client communication including various written communications to include one-on-one client conversations
• Create customer status reports per contract requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 7+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience configuring and handling complex processes with Flow and Process Builder required
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Strong ability to work independently or with little direction
• Proven ability to think critically and effectively communicate in a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent work experience
• Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $53,100 - $186,000.
