- Job Description: We are looking for many people to join our growing team at Gong cha - Glendale, Lonetree, and Aurora.

- Reporting to: General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
- Job Type: Hourly/Full or Part-Time
- Position Overview:
Be creative, have fun, and satisfy customers while optimizing restaurant sales and cash flow by implementing store plans and ensuring adherence to quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a friendly manner and taking orders accurately and repeating all orders to the guest.
- Crafting and preparing certain food and beverage items to spec and customer satisfaction.
- This position requires knowledge of the menu items, their preparation, and their ingredients.
- Responsible for delivering orders to the guest and is responsible for accurate cash control.
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, dining room, rest rooms or public facing areas.
- All orders must be verified for correctness and completion in a timely manner.
- The team member must follow all checklists and keep the store stocked and ready for the next shift.
- Job Specifications:
- People with a desire to satisfy guests. Prior experience in a guest service type role or position a plus.
- 17 years of age or older.
- Ability to be self‐reliant while executing assigned duties from management staff.
- Able to speak, read, and write effectively. Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with management, corporate staff, restaurant employees, and customers.
- Must adhere to Gong cha uniform and grooming policies and standards.
- Able to stand and walk for 95% ‐ 100% of shift
- Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds
- Able to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel to assigned restaurant location and execute in your position.
