Oliphant Brewing of Somerset, WI is seeking to hire a brewery and production technician to their team. This person would act as a brewer, a cellarman, and as a packaging technician on rotating basis.
This job will work with several other team members in a rotating fashion to -

This job will work with several other team members in a rotating fashion to -
- brew beer
- transfer beer from fermenter to brite
- clean kegs
- carbonate beer
- package beer in kegs and 16oz cans
- organize warehouse and cooler space
- maintain brewing and packaging equipment
- maintain ingredient and packaging inventory and grain/hop/yeast storage
