The Innkeeper is to ensure efficient and courteous operation of Bretton Arms Inn.
- Responsible for daily operations of Inn
- Scheduling and reservations
- Strong bookkeeping and financial skills
- Responsible for working within budget and labor productivity standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsible for oversight of all departments within the Inn, including Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage and ensuring all are within expected standards of Omni Hotels & Resorts
- Performing monthly Omni Hotels & Resorts required training
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Hiring, training, and disciplining of associates within the Inn
- High School Diploma or GED, plus one-year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must be pleasant and friendly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
