Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job at Federal Fire Protection Corp
Federal Fire Protection is a 40 year plus Fire Sprinkler Contractor located in Davidsonville, MD is currently seeking a full time Bookkeeper/ Office Manager.
Job Duties
- All bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, A/R, A/P and General Ledger.
- Reconcile Bank statements.
- Process and run weekly payroll and all related functions.
- Reconcile invoices to Purchase Orders.
- Update work in progress.
- Job Costing.
- Enter receipts, invoices.
- Office management.
- Manage employee benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 3 plus years experience Administration / Bookkeeping.
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Accounting software proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Construction knowledge (preferred but not required.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
