Federal Fire Protection is a 40 year plus Fire Sprinkler Contractor located in Davidsonville, MD is currently seeking a full time Bookkeeper/ Office Manager.

Job Duties

  • All bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, A/R, A/P and General Ledger.
  • Reconcile Bank statements.
  • Process and run weekly payroll and all related functions.
  • Reconcile invoices to Purchase Orders.
  • Update work in progress.
  • Job Costing.
  • Enter receipts, invoices.
  • Office management.
  • Manage employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 3 plus years experience Administration / Bookkeeping.
  • Efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accounting software proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Construction knowledge (preferred but not required.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
