Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job at AIM-Autism In Motion, Corp
AIM-Autism in Motion, Corp is a multidisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who work to provide intensive behavioral/instructional services to individuals with autism, specializing in delivering evidence-based treatment. We work extensively with individuals who exhibit a variety of learning and challenging behaviors. Each child receives individualized instruction, utilizing research based methodologies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We provide services in children’s home, school and community. Our goal is to facilitate significant change and growth in the individuals and families that we serve.
Our BCBAs are directly responsible for completing assessments for each child and designing effective treatment and behavior plans to meet the needs of the child.
We are looking to hire a lead BCBA in Salt Lake City COUNTIES who will be responsible for managing local operations. Must live LOCALLY and be able to regularly visits clients in their homes. We will help set up a home office space for the person hired.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations under our clinical director
- Provide direct care to young children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder
- Provide initial training, supervision, and oversight of registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and BCBA exam candidates
- Provide parent training and other assistance as needed to families
- Use strong communication skills to work closely with families, schools, and other professional services
- Work as a part of a team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop corresponding individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Work with staff to improve efficiencies, productivity, and quiality care
- Conduct staff trainings and implement training protocols to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Must have active Utah License
- Must have experience working with children with Autism
- Must have excellent communication skills
Compensation
-Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 yearly with quarterly bonuses. Part time options also available.
