Pain Management Provider seeks Billing Specialist to manage day to day claims and front desk operations.

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

  • Duties to include preparing, verifying, monitoring and submitting claims to expedite payment from 3rd party carriers. Reviewing and resolving claims, answering patient questions, assisting with re-payment terms on delinquent accounts and other duties as assigned.
  • Must feel comfortable pre-collecting for services needed, contacting insurance companies for benefits and discussing out of pocket costs with patients.
  • Applicant must be proficient in claims and denial management.


  • 5 years medical billing experience.
  • Experience with electronic health records a plus.
  • Must be detail oriented, possess excellent telephone, computer & communication skills, be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and professional environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
